Ventana USA has been a pioneer in the North American window segment since 1987, specializing in unique architectural window shapes. Ventana operates out of their state-of-the-art 70,000 manufacturing facility, just east of Pittsburgh, PA.

 

When Ventana needed glass cutting software to match their growing production and increasing need for efficiency, “HP3 had the perfect software solution” to fit their needs, according to Dana Hawkins, IT Administrator at Ventana.

 

Hawkins attributed their decision to choose HP3 to the longstanding and positive relationship they had with Kevin Lear from previous experience. “Kevin was always very responsive to our needs," stated Hawkins.

 

As a custom shape business, Ventana states that

HP3’s software can handle more than 99% of their shapes. Integration into their existing operation was seamless and the software is much more user friendly than their previous software. "The ability to store all of our glass stock and cut offs helped us produce better yield.”
